These Tools may include, but are not limited to, converters, calculators, formatters, generators, and other productivity-oriented applications. We reserve the sole and absolute right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any Tool, feature, or the entire Service at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability.

5. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download or use of such material or data.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless vortexium.xyz, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.
